Orders:
To keep cost down and orders accurate, please place your order online using our automated website whenever possible.

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, AmEx and Discover. All payments are securely processed during the checkout process. We do not have access to any of your financial information as this information is securely collected by our Merchant.

If paying with an eCheck via PayPal please be aware that it can take up to 7 business days before the payment clears. This will add to your delivery time, please plan eCheck payment orders accordingly as ALL orders paid by this method WILL NOT ship until funds are securely in our account.

Coupon Codes:
All coupon codes must be entered correctly at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order prior to finalizing the checkout process. To be sure that you do not miss out on any updates, please sign up for our newsletter (via the pop-up on the homepage), follow us on Instagram or Twitter and/or like our Facebook Fan Page to receive our money saving coupon codes.

Shipping/Handling:
We currently only ship within the USA and to Canada, normally within 1 – 2 business days via USPS.

All U.S. retail orders of $75+ (before shipping) will ship FREE. Entering the wrong shipping address or failing to pick up your package from the shipping carrier may cause you to incur additional fees. Please see the approximate transit time to estimate when your package will arrive once it is shipped from our facility in North Carolina (27540). Once your order is weighed and packaged, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update tracking details.

If you opt to for expedited shipping, this does not change our normal processing time of 1 – 2 business days.  Canadian customers are responsible for payment of duty, taxes and customs fees, NO REFUNDS will be given if the customer opts to not pay the duties, taxes and/or customs fees.

 ALL USA Orders ship USPS First Class or Priority:

 Eastern Time Zone – 1 to 3 business days transit PLUS processing time

 Central Time Zone – 2 to 4 business days transit PLUS processing time

 Mountain Time Zone – 3 to 5 business days transit PLUS processing time

 Pacific Time Zone – 4 to 6 business days transit PLUS processing time

Additions:
Please check your order carefully BEFORE you checkout. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order.

Backorders:
We rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we will contact you to ask if
  1. you would like a substitute from our current inventory
  2. place the item on backorder and send to you as soon as it is available or
  3. refund you for the out of stock item.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Goods:
Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after receipt of purchase. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

Catalog:
To keep the costs down and in an effort to save trees, we have opted not to provide a printed catalog.

Animal Testing:
We do not test on animals and most of our products are vegan. Please see the ingredient content for our products on the product’s page for each item
