When can I expect my order?
Your order will leave our facility within 48-72 business hours, provided payment has been received. However, during peak season, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, orders may take longer than usual. It is best to order early to ensure speedy delivery.
What delivery service do you use?
We use the USPS for shipping and our shopping cart is designed to give a real-time quote based on your package weight and location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome money orders, checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed via PayPal. All check purchases must clear our account prior to shipment. Please make all money orders and checks payable to

Is your website secure?
Yes! Ordering through our shopping cart is very secure!!!! You will see the padlock on the bottom right hand corner of your screen, depending on your browser, when you reach the page to input your credit card details. Please be aware that we do not have access to any of your financial information as this information is processed securely by Paypal.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, in the rare event an order is incorrect, we will happily and immediately send the correct item to you. For your inconvenience, the wrong item is yours to keep. Please notify us within 48 hours of recieving your goods if there is a problem with your order.
All packages that leave our facility are well packaged in a manner that boxes are always labeled as “fragile” when appropriate. We, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit. If an item is damaged due to shipping, we will happily replace damaged items free of charge but the damaged item must be returned back to us in order for us to make a claim with the delivery company. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: all of our whipped butters are subject to melting at anytime during transit. If your butter arrives in a liquid state place your container in the fridge to solidfy. Once solid allow the product to come to room temperature and ENJOY all the goodness found in the jar. Don't worry we package all of our jar items in individual bags with a card advising you on what to do if your product liquefies during transit.
Karess Krafters goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your product selection. Since skincare and fragrance selection preferences vary from individual to individual we highly recommend that you select a sample size before committing to a larger sized item.
Do you recycle?
Absolutely! Often times, you may receive a shipment from us in a reused, good condition cardboard box, packed with recycled protectors, such as bubble wrap and peanuts. Using recycled items, helps us keep cost down so that we can pass those savings onto you and it helps our environment.
