We stand behind our products 100% and will offer a refund or exchange within 7 days (from the date of receipt) to retail customers that are not satisfied with our products for any reason. You may return the unused portion for a full refund. The shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are typically processed within 48-72 business hours provided all items are in stock. Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 days after processing. If you select expedited shipping, it does not affect our typical 48-72 business hours processing time. Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive tracking information once your order is packaged and ready for delivery to the USPS. Orders shipped internationally will be shipped USPS.
